FIRST MATCH IN MUMBAI:

Eleventh Indian Premier League (IPL) will start with champion’s teams between defending Chennai super kings two time champions in IPL and Mumbai Indians also a champions, and venue will be at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Total 60 Matches will be played in 51 Days at 9 Venues from April 7 to May 27, 2018.

IPL season was announced by BCCI on Wednesday. Again the final will be played at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on May 27.   On this season will sees the two-year spell of streaky inclusions Rising Pune Supergiant and Gujarat Lions come to an end. On the same time, big come back of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. Tournament will also follows a two-day marathon auction that was held in January. First match of this season will be really interesting because both teams are champions Mumbai Indians defending Chennai Super Kings. It’s like a repeat of the 2011 final match that as super kings won the match earlier for the first time. IPL Auctions were held in January where England Player Ben Stokes once again come out as the costly buy. Stokes was purchased by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 12.5 crore and the franchise also spent Rs 11.5 crore to buy Indian best seamer Jaydev Unadkat, who became the very costliest Indian. All the teams will play their home games at their venues and  Kings XI Punjab will play the fiRst 03 games in Mohali.
